Printed Sleeving
We have been printing on flexible sleeving for over twenty years and in that time have gained considerable experience in marking this highly specialised product. We offer a range of top quality products with solid and permanent prints.
All our machinery has been specially developed and adapted to give the best possible results over a wide range of substrates. Our quality control system guarantees that, at every stage of manufacture, the prints are checked to ensure they conform exactly with customer requirements.
We are happy to assist with small or prototype batches as well as larger bulk orders. Our sleeves have been used throughout the world in a wide range of applications like cars, aeroplanes, domestic appliances. They have even been taken into space. We are also proud to have supplied many well known theatres, musicians and bands with the means of identifying their cables. Film and lighting companies have also benefited from our identification services.
PRODUCTION, CUTTING and PRINTING STYLES
We can also print on continuous reels and manufacture semi-severed sleeves as these are often required for sequential numbered prints. We can also supply your printed material in bags of individually cut sleeves. We are able to work in a large number of fonts and graphics so are usually able to match the size and style of print requested by our customers.
Where we are unable to match your needs exactly, we have large archives which we search to find the nearest equivalent. We then discuss the alternatives with you before proceeding.
Our print methods are hot foil and heat (thermal) transfer depending on the print subject. We are able to print on a variety of materials including standard and heat shrinkable PVC, heat shrinkable cross linked polyolefin single and dual wall, zero halogen polyolefin (SPF/ZH), Kynar® (HSK) and Viton®.
PRINT COLOURS
- Thermal transfer – black, white
- Hot foils – black, white, red, green, orange, blue, grey, gold, silver, metallic red, metallic lilac, dark copper.
SUBSTRATES
We print on the following materials – standard and heat shrinkable PVC, heat shrinkable cross linked polyolefin single and dual wall, zero halogen polyolefin (SPF/ZH), Kynar® (HSK) and Viton®.
RANGE OF PRINTS
We can produce prints ranging from standard “0-9” and “a-z” identification sleeves, to custom numbers and instructions. We are also able to reproduce your logo or company insignia which can be submitted to us in digital format using JPEG, PDF or EPS.

Printed Braided Cable Jacket
In a promising new development, we are pleased to add printed Polyester monofilament braid to our list of special services.
We are able to print on our PB braid in white. However, as this is a complex process we would advise you that the print takes better on sizes of 15mm or over.
